Telling the Green Beret Story

Building a World-Class Special Forces Museum Near Fort Bragg, NC.

Every other institution that tells the Special Forces story answers to someone else. We don't. As a privately funded 501(c)(3), SFLI operates independent of the Department of the Army — which means we can tell the complete story, on our terms, for every generation to come.

From the OSS operatives of World War II to the Green Berets of the Global War on Terror and beyond, this museum will honor every era, every sacrifice, and every operator who lived by De Oppresso Liber. It will be built in North Carolina — the home of Special Forces — and it will stand as a permanent testament to the Quiet Professionals who never sought recognition, but earned it.
